There were around 200 inmates from all over india. We were all confined into a small room, the authorities checked all the documents relating to our charges, our medical condition etc. Then we were given an inmate number (200xx5), which they used to distinguish us.
Then they put us into a jail in EC(electronic city) for 3 months of training, which included the dress code, behaviour amony other inmates, personal security, how to mine rocks using verilogJ etc.
Suddenly they cancelled our training and alloted us to the different jails. I got to stay in bangalore but "mallu mama" who was fond of girls went to kocchi jail, and there were no girls there, such a sad chap.

No, i did not do any of the stuff 'forever-nanda swamy' did, to go to jail. The reason i went to jail was for studting BE at a reputed college. Here goes the story:

The Judgement day.
I had been accused/criminally charged for scoring 70%+ in E&C, BE. So I had to undergo 4 levels of trial at placement office.
In the first level, there were about 400 accused, the jailer made a presentation about the jail we’ll be put into.
In the second level, we were asked to take up a written test and unfortunately, I was 1 among the 40 who was again criminally charged for passing the test.
In the third level I had to face the judge/jury, who went on asking questions on my criminal background in logic design, verilog/VHDL, C programming, op amps etc. They found me guilty of the wrong doing and sent to the final level.
In the final level I had to meet the HR (Head Reinforced-jailer). He told me about the different jails in Pune, Bangalore, Cochin and Hyderabad. He said I need to be ready to be an inmate in any of these jails. Was also informed about the punishment/ financial penalty (75K) which I had to pay if I escaped jail.
Finally on the same night, me along with 14 others were found accused and asked to report at the HQ at sarjapur road on 26th July 2010. Fortunately 3 others along with Balu went missing and the jail authorities had to let them go.

First day of work.
In the bangalore jail we had to work for texas ranch. They had strict access doors with security guards to monitor our moment, no one without the texas ranch badge were allowed inside. I along with other inmates had to wait outside the ranch for 5weeks to get our texas id cards(24th Sept2011). Once inside, there was no work to do. Had to just read the pdf’s which were TR(Texas Ranch) confidential, so could not take them outside the ranch. Some of the pdf’s were The architecture of GoSh(Goat-Sheep) processor, Basics of dung composer studio v4 & v5 and finally after waiting for 3 months to get into a live project. It was called ‘mango-ten’ . Here I was just used as a ‘dumb ass’ had to run pre written tests on mango-ten processor, without even getting to understand the tests, then populated results for the white monkeys. And the pay was horrible used to get only 78% of the promised pay, they used to find every possible way to cut our salary.
At this time the inmates had exceeded the number the room could hold. About 270:250, so they had to break the cattle room to make place for us.
18th April 2011,
On my birthday I got a good opportunity to leave the jail and grabbed it with both hands. So I had to inform the jailer on 20th april formally that I will be escaping jail within 1 month, to prevent any legal obligations. I had to pay the penalty of 75K to get the experience letter, which made my bank balance 4K .
20th May 2011,
Freedom
On this day I was legally allowed to go outside the jail forever, now I never had to wear the inmate tag, no dress code, no more silly rules to follow and best of all no attendance swiping(9 ½ hrs).ironically the number of employees in the ranch were 200:250 when I left. Then I went partying with my friends on the same day.
27th October 2011
This will be the date when most of my friends will get freedom from the jail, will be waiting for you guys.
